E l yesterday (October 27 2010) the Ministry of Interior (SEGOB ) reported that the governments of Mexico and Canada established a program called "Youth Mobility Program " which is aimed at young between 18 and 29 (students or graduates) it can issue a work permit in any of the two countries, up to 12 months, this in order to promote their personal and professional development. Personally I think an excellent opportunity for young people and I think this detail (though not mentioned in the memorandum) will encourage permanent migration to Canada in the future, I leave the report in pdf .
